Our story began some 10 years ago in Abuja, Nigeria. It’s the familiar story shared by many, it’s the same dream dreamt by hardworking low-income earners, and it’s the dream of home ownership. It’s the dream of one day owning your own home; the dream of becoming a Landlord/Landlady even when your finances say otherwise. It’s the dream of a single mother, a struggling father wondering if that dream would ever become a reality.

Henrietta Ajumi Ocholi – CEO/Founder
Henrietta Ajumi Ocholi is the founder and CEO of Tri Facilities Ltd, a real estate management and property development company.
She obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from the Federal Polytechnic of Nasarawa State in 2012 and a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Environmental Resource Management from the Nasarawa State University Keffi in 2022.
When she is not working or studying she enjoys nature and the great outdoors, she also loves spending time with her daughter and son. She is an advent believer of Christ and loves God.
For these past 10 years Henrietta has worked in various aspects of the real estate industry and has positioned herself to provide investors with viable; affordable, attainable and profitable realties all around the world.
